3 - Tomato,3-Onion,10 peices- Red Chilli(Reduced if wanted less spicy) ,Urid dhal,mustard ,corriander leaves .
1.Cut onion ,tomato and make slices the red chillis 2.Fry onion,tomato and red chilli with 6 spoons of oil till the tomato is completely smashed in the pan with 1/2 spoon of salt . 3.Grind the mixer in the Mixie with one cup (500 ml) of water till it becomes a chutney . 6.Add salt to sufficient level based on taste . 4.Deep fry the mustard seeds and urid dhal till the urid dhal get brownish colour . 5 .Put the urid dhal ,mustard oil mixture in to the chutney . 6.Put some corriander leaves and stri the chutney . 7.Your Tomato -Onion Chutney is ready to be served with idli ,dosa .
