Few Ajwan leaf /Carom seeds For the better 1 cup besan 1/2 Red Chilli powder pinch of asafoetida Pinch of turmeric powder One table sp. hot oil salt. For frying: Vegetable oil for deep fry.
Mix all ingredients together with a little water to make a thick & consistent batter. Dip each Ajwain leaf separately in the besan batter and Deep fry in hot oil untill golden in color.
