potatoes-3 Tamarind-juice(take out juice from tamarind and pulp is not needed boil the tamarind water until it becomes little thick add little sugar in it) curd-less than 1 cup fully beaten. *First boil the potatoes then peal them and make it paste and add salt,chilli powder,dhaniya powder,zeera powder,am chor,coriander leaves into the paste and mix it properly and keep aside. *Now prepare the tamarind juice take some tamarind add some water into it and keep it in microoven for 50 sec now squeeze the juice and throw the pulp now add 1/4 tbsp of sugar in the tamarind water and pour the juice in a pan and make it thick. *Now take a frying pan and make round and flat shape with the potato paste and fry them in a frying pan in medium flame add little bit oil to it.And prepare rest in the same process. *Now take the potato tikkis in a plate add some tamarind juice in each tikki then curd in each then the thin save(mixture)and then onion and coriander.Now its ready to eat aloo chat its really good taste it.
