Hi Guys. I once read in a magazine about how these Celebrities 
maintain their thin waist . Here is one tip.

Once in a week , take any spinach boil them in water ,strain the 
water from it .
U can either use the spinach or leave it.
Add some salt , pepper (according to u r taste), cornflour to 
this water and bring it to a boil .
Drink this several time of the day .
This is best effective , if this is taken as the only food for 
that particular day.
**Spinach is the best source of iron.
