1/4 chana dal
1/2 cup toor dal
1/4 dad dal
1 cup dry red chillies 
2 Tsp haldi 
2 Tsp cumin powder 
1 tbspoon  heeng 
1 cup Coriander seeds 
2 tsp fenugreek seeds 
1/4 cup curry seeds 
2 tsp whole peppercorn 

Sauté in a pan first days on by one and when it cold, make it powder in blender.

Due to grinding the powder will become warm.let it cool down in a plate and once it is cool at room temp, close tightly with a lid and keep it at room temperature
