Take raw white full sized cashew nut. Oil to fry Salt 'n' black pepper
Heat oil and just semi fry little bit cashew nut (it is not deep fry) just put oil like you make your indian curry so same like that...and semi fry until cashew nut turns light golden color. Take out on a absorbing tissue (to absorb extra oil if any..) and put salt 'n' fresh grated blabk pepper on hot hot cashew nut so that spice can stick on the cashew nut... serve with any drink..for your party as an appetizer.
