Mixed Vegetable Raita

Curd-Raita,Veggie
600gm. yoghurt, 5gm cumin (jeera) seeds, 5gm coriander seeds, 
2.5 gm black peppercorns, 30gm cucumber, chopped, 5gm. green 
chili, finely chopped, 5gm. mint, chopped, 30gm. onions, 
chopped, 30 gm. tomatoes, chopped, 30 gm. chili powder to 
sprinkle

--salt to taste--
 
Heat a tawa (griddle) and broil cumin, coriander seeds and pepper till dark and aromatic. Pound and keep aside. Whisk yoghurt with salt. Add and mix all chopped vegetables.
Sprinkle red chili powder and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Serve, as an accompaniment to any curry dish and rice.
