Yummy and spongy Eggless Semolina Cake

1 Cup Rava or Semolina
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour(Maida)
1/2 tablespoons Baking Soda
1/2 tablespoons Baking Powder
4 tablespoons Sugar
2 Cup Milk
4 tablespoons Vegetable oil 
1 teaspoons ghee or butter
1.Preheat oven at 350 degree F. Grease the cake tin with 
little ghee or butter and then dust with little flour and keep 
it ready.
2.Take the milk and rava in bowl and stir it well and keep it 
aside for 10 minutes.
3.In a Mixing bowl, take the dry ingredients such as all 
purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar and mix 
well so that all are well combined.
4. After 10 minutes, add the dry ingredients little by little 
to the milk and rava mixture and mix well. Now add vegetable 
oil to this batter.Cake batter should be like a pouring 
consistency. 
5. Pour the cake batter to the greased cake tin.Put the cake 
tin in the pre-heated oven and bake it for 30 minutes. After 
30 minutes, take the cake tin out and allow it to completely 
cool off.

Yummy and spongy Eggless Semolina Cake is now ready to serve!
