1] 4 hot dog buns.
2] 4 chicken sausages,
3] 2 tablespoons oil.
4] 1 head of lettuce.
5] 2 medium onions,chopped.
6] 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup.
7] 2 teaspoons mustard pasted ,
8] 1 jalapeno chilli, chopped.

* Heat a tawa and a frying fan.
* Slit the hot dog buns without cutting through and toast them
lightly on the tawa .
* Heat oil in the frying fan; add the chicken sausages and fry
till  golden.
* place some lettuce in each hot dog bun. Add a sausage and top
with onions, tomato ketchup, mustard sauce,and jalapeno chilli.
* serve immediately.
