one stick butter
one can creamed corn
One box of jiffy corn bread mix
one can regular mexican sweet corn (has peppers in it)
1 cup sour cream 
And 2 eggs

- Melt one stick butter in casserole dish. mix in one box of
jiffy corn bread mix,one can creamed corn, one can regular
mexican sweet corn,1 cup sour cream and 2 eggs. 

-Bake in 350 oven for about an hour until center is
set. (If I'm in a hurry, I sometimes stir it half way thru...The
outside cooks faster, so it speeds up the center when you stir it!)

- I sometimes add cheddar cheese or mexican cheese to the top
when you pull it out of the oven!
