munakkada tomato

2 munakkadalu(drumsticks)
2 big red juicy tomatoes chopped
a samll onion chopped
3 green chillies chopped
4 to 5 curry leaves
a little turmeric
1 spoon chilli powder

now take a kadhai or pan put two spoon oil in it.add the chillies
curry leaves and onions to it let them fry a bit then chop the
munakkada into pieces not too big not too small.add them to the pan
cover it with a lid let it boil for 3 min then add the chopped
tomatoes then add the salt turmuric and chilli powder.then cover
it with a lid until tomatoes are cooked.then add a little cup of
water then let it boil until the water evaporates put it in simmer.
then add some cilantro to it.serve it with rice.
in this dish munakkada gives it so much taste.if ur tomatoes are
not that red or juicy add a cup of tamarind water.
