Rava Ladoo (sooji ladoo)

- 1 Cup Rava, 
- 1 Cup Sugar; 
- ilaichi - 2-3; 
- Cashew nuts - 4 Tbspns; 
- Plums 4 Tbspns; 
- Warm Milk - 1/4 to 1/2 Cup; 
- 2 Tbspns Ghee for frying the Cashew nuts & Plums.

1. Broil the Rava Lightly - remove from heat & let it cool 
2. When the rava is a bit cool, add the sugar powder to the Rava
powder, add the ilaichi (powdered) to the Rava/Sugar Mixture -
mix well with a spoon. 
5. Fry the Cashew nuts in ghee & add to the Rava Mixture; do the
same with the Plums, mix well. 
6. Now sprinkle the warm milk over the Rava Mixture & form
(catch) the Laddu's. 
7. Follow the same procedure till all the mixture is over - let
it stand (to dry) for 15 minutes then serve.
