CINAMINSTICK, CLOVES POWDER - 1/2SPOON
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 SPOON
WHOLE CARDAMOM -2
SALT- 1 TSP
GHEE- 4 SPOONS
ONIONS - 1 CUTTED
GREEN MIRCHI - 8 LONGLY CUTTED
MILK -4SPOONS

DALCHA:

DAL -BESAN(1/2 CUP)
TAMOTO - 2
BRINJAL - 2
GREEN MIRCHI-10
GINGER GARLIC PASTE-1SPOON
GARAM MASALA- 1/2 SPOON
FOR SEASONING : 2TSP OIL, CUMINSEEDS,REDCHILLI-1,MUSTERED SEEDS 
LITTLE.




1. FRY GREEN MIRCHI AND ONIONS , POODINA , GREEN METHI, 
CARDAMOM, CILANTRO, CINAMIN CLOVE POWDER, GINGER GARLIC PASTE 
ONE BY ONE.
2. ADD CHICKEN AND WAIT UNTIL IT COMES TENDER.(UP TO 20 MIN)
3. ADD 2 1/2  CUP WATER AND BRING  IT TO BOIL
4. ADD RICE  UP TO 20 MIN
5. TAKE REDCOLOR IN MILK AND POUR THAT AS A CIRCLE IN RICE DISH
SERVE IT WITH DALCHA.

PREPARATION OF DALCHA:
1. COOK DAL
2. ADD BRINJAL , TAMOTO, MIRCHI 
3. AFTER COOKING OF VEGGIES ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND COOK 
SOME MORE TIME.
4.FOR SEASONING TAKE PAN FRY OIL AND PUT ALL SEASONING ITEMS.
5.AND PUT ALL COOKED DAL IN THAT SEASONING.
