For the stuffing-
Boiled and mashed potatoes-2
Ginger and Green chilli grated-1 tsp
Cilantro fine chopped-2 tsp
Salt-according to taste
Red chilli-according to taste
Garam Masala-0.5 tsp

For kachori dough
Wheat flour-3 cup
Salt-according to taste
Oil-1 tbsp
Oil-fir frying the kachoris
Mix the ingredients of stuffing together.Keep it in side.
Mix the wheat flour,salt,oil and water and knead it into a soft 
dough.Take small portions from the dough and make balls like 
puri balls.Meanwhile put oil in a kadhai and heat it for deep 
frying.
Roll the dough ball a little bit,put the stuffing in it,bring 
the edges together to the center and seal it making a closed 
ball.Roll it like a puri but slight thicker than puri.Put it in 
the kadhai and deep fry both sides till reddish golden brown
(like puris).Take out on paper towel to drain excess oil.
Serve either with tomato cilantro curd,cilantro chutney or 
mango pickle.
