Raw Shrimp-1 lb
Onion-1 finely sliced
Coriander leaves chopped 1 cup
Cardamoms-4 count
Cloves-5 count
Bay leaves - 2
Star Anise- 2
Cinnamon Stick - 1 inch
Dhaniya powder-1/2 tbsp
Zeera powder- 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tbsp
Salt to Taste
Garam masala powder -1/4 tbsp
Chicken masala-1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Green chillis-3 count sliced
Curry leaves-5 count
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Basmati rice-2 cups
Water -4 cups
Oil- 2 tbsp
1.First clean the shrimp.
2.Heat  2 tbsp of oil in a large pan .  Then add cloves, cinnamon 
stick, bay leaves, star anise, cardamoms, green chilli, and curry 
leaves.
3.Then add onions and ginger garlic paste and fry  until onion 
change to golden brown colour.
4.Now add salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric, chicken 
masala, zeera powder, garam masala powder and mix it properly.
5.Then add shrimp and fry it for 2 min .Then add a cup of water 
to it and boil until the shrimp cooks properly.
6.After that add the basmati rice and fry for 1 more min. Then 
add  4 cups of water to it and close the lid.Let it cook in 
simmer flame.
7.After 5 to 6 min your  shrimp biryani is ready to serve.
