Sugar, Kasuri methi
Paneer (cottage cheese)

This is a very simple, quick and tasty paneer curry.
I being a guy can prepare this within 45 minutes. Worth
trying.

Puree preparation: Put 4-6 cashews + 2 tomatoes + 3 spoons of
grated coconut + 3-4 garlic cloves in a mixer/blender and make
puree. Keep it aside.

Paneer: Cut paneer into small cubes, or strips as desired and
keep ready.

Heat oil in pan, add Cumin, turmeric powder, coriander powder,
red chilli powder and salt to taste. Add the previously
prepared puree. Allow to cook for another 7-8 min on medium
flame till oil separates. Add two spoons of sugar and one
spoon of crushed Kasuri methi to the pan.

Tadka: Fry 2-3 spoons of finely chopped onion in little oil
till brown. Add this to above mix.

Finally mix paneer cubes to this hot gravy and allow to cook
for 3-4 minutes only. Cooking any longer will make the paneer
cubes hard.

Hope you enjoy this recipe.
