2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 potatoes

for the masala:
4 chillies cut into small pieces
A small piece of ginger cut into small pieces
3 garlic cloves cut into small pieces
Some coriander leaves
grated coconut as per you like
garam masala one tablespoon
salt to taste
First cut all the vegetable(onion,tomato,potatoes)vertically so
that you get round slices....In a bowl add all the masala
ingredient and mix it with a spoon.....Next in a pan heat oil and
add jeera and rai,termeric ,hing,karipatta....once it starts to
splitter stop the gas....first layer the pan with onion
slices....Then place the potato slices on top of the
onion.....After that add the mixed masala on top of the
potatoes....then again layer them with tomato slices...And lastly
add all the remaining masala on top of the tomatoes....cover the
pan with a lid and cook it for about 15 minutes....they go very good
with chappatis and doesn't consume much time.
