Three-Fruit Salsa

1 cup finely chopped peeled cantaloupe 
1 cup finely chopped peeled mango 
1 cup sliced small strawberries 
1/2 cup finely chopped seeded peeled cucumber 
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper 
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion 
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint 
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 
2 tablespoons finely chopped seeded jalapeño pepper 
1 tablespoon honey 
1/4 teaspoon salt 


Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss to combine. Serve salsa 
with a slotted spoon. 

The quantity will be app. 3/4 cup i.e. 6 serving size.
