STEP 1: ~PUT TAMERIND IN HOT WATER AND MAKE IT IN TO A DILUTED JUICE. STEP 2: ~BEAT FLAKED RICE IN THE MIXIE TO MAKE IT IN TO SMALL PEICES (NOTE DO NOT GRIND IT A POWDER). STEP 3: ~ADD TURMERIC AND GRINDED RICE FLAKES IN THE DILUTED TAMERIND JUICE STEP 4: ~GRIND COCONUT,RED CHILLIES AND LG IN THE MIXIE.MAKE IT AS A PASTE. STEP 5: ~PUT THE GRINDED CONTENTS IN THE TAMERIND JUICE. ~ADD 2 TSPS OF SALT. ~KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 1 HR. STEP 6: ~PUT LITTLE OIL IN THE THAVA AND DO SEASONING WITH MUSTARD,URAD DHAL AND CHANA DHAL. ~THEN ADD FRIED PEANUTS AND FRY FOR 1 MORE MENIUTES. ~PUT THE SOAKED CONTENTS IN THE THAVA.
