The items are all in really good shape and they are beautiful, newish, well kept and VERY STYLISH!! I've kept the prices as low as I could for what they are worth.

1. Dark green couch- probably THE MOST comfy couch you will EVER own! I swear!! ( It feels like you are in a cocoon while you are lounging in it. its got a nice deep seat so people can comfortably sleep or multiple people can lounge with whole body on the couch) $ 200 

2. Center table: sturdy glass on top with dark wood frame and metal inside. It is a super sleek design! $ 75

3. Black Computer/Study desk and black chair: the chair has excellent back support and is great for working hours and hours! (trust me, I've tested it! fact!) desk has two shelves to the side. Desk is study yet easy to move around your place and is perfect for any bedroom and it will not come in the way. $ 100 

4. Standing lamps ( x 2) : Im willing to throw in the accessories too! $ 50 

5. Dining table: Expensive, sleek, elegant glass table with metal frame that opens up to a much bigger table (shelf to open is tucked away underneath, you can slide it out for functions/parties) 4 chairs included, leather and very comfy! will throw in table runner and place mats ( 2 table runners, 2 sets of 4 placemats). The table and chairs were barely used as it was recent purchase. $ 300 

6. Book/decorative/shoe shelf: 9 cubbies. $ 30 

7. full size White bed frame AND mattress. Includes memory foam mattress pad. I have had many many guests tell me that this is one of the most comfortable beds they have laid upon. The bed frame and mattress can be sold separately. $ 190

8. White desk and Green chair: This is a very study white desk with lots of drawers and charm. The drawers are very decorative and elegant looking. The green chair is a fun computer chair with rollies, seat is super comfortable. I can sell these separately. $ 75 for both. $ 50 desk only, $ 25 chair only. 

9. white side tables: looks cute and rustic. Has one shelf. $ 15 for both. 

10. Cream beautiful tufted Queen bed frame AND mattress. I absolutely LOVEEE this bed frame and mattress!! its super beautiful and so nice! I cant take it with me, otherwise, I would have! $ 300 for both.
