I am proud to introduce you to my friend Dr Milind Sohoni, a lifelong cricket fanatic from his childhood days in Bombay.  Milind is running for a seat on the Wayzata School Board this year.

He has been a proud resident of the Wayzata School District for 27 years where his two children graduated in the K-12 program. The school district has provided his children the best education possible, and he wants that excellent education be available to ALL students.

He is running to be an advocate for all students to be supported with the conditions to learn and thrive. He envisions schools which are committed to ensuring a positive experience for every student, family and staff member. In addition to meeting the School District's goals, Milind will pursue a return to a pre-pandemic environment, education equity, solutions for shortage of class room space, a healthy school meals program, and funding for students with disabilities. His experience as an entrepreneur, leader, volunteer and scientist will guide him through the role of board member.
