Job Description

Description;The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective day to day operations.

Tasks:

Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate parties or take messages.

Manage employee time sheets in a filing system.

File and retrieve documents and reports.

Maintain records on Microsoft office preferably excel.

Assist with ongoing employee trainings.

Maintain confidentiality of client and employee data.

Requirements:

The administrative assistant will be required to maintain professional behavior while at work.

Communicate effectively with clients and work closely with staff.

Read and comply closely with office policies and procedures.
