• Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operation of the organization's intranet, extranet, and wide area network; monitoring network and network security systems; and troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
• Understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
• Knowledge on implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network devices including WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
• Understanding of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
• Understanding of disaster recovery, COOP, and experience providing data backup and restore as required
• Knowledge of Cisco routing utilizing several VLANS over both copper and fiber and strong experience in deploying and managing CISCO network equipment.
