Salary: $68,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus up to $5,000

### **Job Description:**

Refyn Inc. is seeking a full-time Business Contact (B.C.) to join our team at the FedEx Terminal in Rogers, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing driver schedules, maintaining truck standards, managing driver issues, and providing updates to ownership. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage day-to-day operations while prioritizing safety and team needs. Full training will be provided no experience needed.



### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Driver Scheduling and Management:**   - Schedule drivers and manage their hours effectively to ensure smooth operations.

- Serve as the primary manager for drivers, handling their issues and escalating matters to ownership as necessary.

2. **Dispatch Route Optimization (DRO):**  - Learn and execute DRO to optimize routes for timely deliveries.


3. **Terminal Point of Contact:**- Act as the main Point of Contact at the Rogers Terminal, ensuring efficient communication between drivers, ownership, and terminal management.


4. **Truck Maintenance Oversight:**   - Check trucks after each shift and schedule maintenance when needed to ensure they are in good working condition.


5. **Driving Duties:** Drive for three days each week, and serve as a backup driver when a scheduled driver is unavailable.


6. **Team Communication:**   - Provide weekly updates to ownership on any major developments regarding the terminal or team.


7. **Team Development and Safety Monitoring:** - Conduct periodic one-on-one meetings with team members to gauge their needs and report relevant information to ownership.

   - Conduct regular safety training sessions and drive-alongs to monitor and ensure safe driving practices among drivers.


8. **Problem Solving:**

   - Address any hurdles or impediments affecting team performance and resolve issues promptly.

### **Compensation and Benefits:**

- **Salary:** $68,000 annually, with payments made weekly via direct deposit.

- **Bonus:** Up to $5,000 annually based on performance and successful completion of listed responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage driver schedules and resolve issues.

- Experience in logistics or transportation is preferred.

- Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with ownership and the team.

- Safety-oriented with a commitment to conducting safety trainings and ensuring compliance.

- Willingness to take on driving responsibilities as needed.
