Live-In nanny for 2 month infant.

Hi, I am going to deliever a baby on July 15 2009. I will have to join work within a month. I am looking for a lady who can take care of my child mainly during my absence, when I am at office and help around at other times. Note that this lady will have to loads of patience, as handling an infant is much different than habdling toddlers. We want this lady to stay with us atleast 5 days a week. We will provide food and accomodation. We will also pay a monthly salary, that is mutually decided. We, will not be providing insurance. This lady, will be treated as a family member and given the respect she deserves. We do not expect her to do all the work. It will be a joint effort, both me and my husband are hard working. For the record, I have already raised a 2 year kid. We are vegetarians. Since the care is for an infant, I prefer someone who has been around small kids before. Kindly contact me, at my email id.
