ghee for frying, dry fruits, sugar.
Make dough of wheat flour. Make small tiny balls and then just bake in oven like Baati at 400F for 30-45 min.
Make powder in blender.
Take ghee in a pan, mix small pieces of badam, kaju,pista, ilaichi powder. And then mix churma powder. Mix carefully on flame.
When it gets cool down at room temp...mix sugar to your taste...
Make ladoo when it cools down...and after 1-2 day, put it in the fridge otherwise they will start spoiling as you have mixed milk & lots of ghee in it.
