Combine softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and well blended. Later Steps: a) Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cream. b) Add melted Frango mint chocolates, blending until very smooth. c)Pour over prepared crust. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until just firm. d)Top with mixture of 1 cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. e)Spread on top of cake after 25 minutes and return to oven for 3–5 minutes longer. Cool well before serving.
