(A) 1/2 cup butter 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp vanilla 3 Tbsp cocoa 1/2 cup white sugar (B) 2 cup graham wafer crumbs 1/2 cup walnuts 1 cup fine coconut (C) Filling: 1/4 cup butter 2 Tbsp custard powder 2 cup icing sugar 4/5 Tbsp cream/milk
Put all the (A) ingredients in a pot and mix & cook on low heat until all is melted. Remove from heat and add all (B) ingredients and Spread in large pan & pound in. Take all (C) ingredients and mix together & spread on top of base. Melt 3 squares of unsweetened chocolate with 1 Tbsp of Butter. Spread on top of the cake. Put it fridge to set.
