4 Bread Slice
2 Cup Besan
2 spoon Garlic Paste
1 tea spoon red chille
1/2 cup chana dal roasted(dalia)
1 tea spoon dhaniya powder
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Pinch baking soda

-First grind garlic paste, red chille, dhaniya powder, 1/2 spoon trumeric powder, salt and chana dal roasted in mixture with water.
-Make a thin paste.
-take bread slice, spread this ready paste in one side. cover it with another bread. and cut it in square or triangular pieces 1" in diameter.
-Now, take besan in a bowl add salt, 1/2 turmeric powder, pinch bakin soda. Add water and mix it well, make a paste not very thin(like pakodas).
-heat oil in a pan.
-dip those ready bread pieces in besan and fry in oil like pakodas.
-your pakoda's are ready, serve hot with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
