1 medium size boiled Potato 4-5 big ones green fresh chillies (make a long cut, but not into 2 pieces) spices: amchoor, red chilli, dhaniya powder, salt, lemon juice, Oil to fry Besan, salt & amchoor, red chilli, green coriander leaves.
mask potato and mix all the spices according to your taste. Fill the above potato spicy masala in the green chilli. Make Besan: Take 4 Tb spoon besan, mix red chilli, dhaniya, salt, chopped green chilli & amchoor..mix well and put water like you make for Pakodas. Dip every green chilli in besan and start depp frying in the hot oil...Serve them with chutney or Pori sabji.
