4 Tb spoon of Besan/Sooji 1 boiled potato,1 tomato ,1 small onion, 4 sp curd a pinch of AJWAIN and Baking powder salt, Red Chlli powder: to ur taste chopped coriander leave
-put all the vegetable & microwave for 3-4 minutes. - mix besan, salt, baking powder, ajwain, red chilli, and mix. mix water & a bit of oil...mix water accordingly.. --put oil on a hot non stick tava, put 1 Table Spoon the above besan better and put vegetable on it...cover with a plate for few seconds...so that the chilla won't be uncooked from the top. --serve this hot besan/sooji chilla with tomato ketchup/imli chutnet/green coriander chutney. Best of raniy days... We generally consider this besan chilla as our main food and put this Besan Childa in between toasted bread.
