Mixed Veggie pakoda & Herbed Sauce
2 cups boiled mashed potatoes 
1 grated carrot 
10-12 Sliced green beans 
1/4 green peas 
1 bell pepper (chopped) 
1 tbsp garlic (chopped) 
1 tbsp green chillies(chopped) 
1 tbsp cornflour 
1 tbsp all purpose flour.
1 egg 
oil to fry 

For the herb sauce; 

App. 1 cup tomato ketchup 
A fist of spring onion greens(chopped) 
1 tbsp mixed herbs 
1 tbsp chunky chat Masala 
Take all vegetables together in a bowl &  mix well.
Add in the seasonings,flavorings and using cornflour and all
purpose flour make a consistent firm mixture and shape the same
into any shape of your choice (cutlet shape/round shape) and coat
this with bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown. 
Remove and serve with herb sauce.
