Self rising yellow corn meal flour - 1.5 Cups Buttermilk - 1 cup Cream style corn - 1 can Oil - 1/3 Cup (a little less is ok) Shredded cheddar chees - 1 cup Red Bell Pepper - 1 Green Bell Pepper - 1 Onion - 1 Green chillies - 5 Ginger - 1.5 inch chunk Garlic - 4 or 5 cloves Corriander, Salt - per taste
Cut the onion, bell peppers, chillies, ginger, garlic into small pieces. Cut corriander finely. Now mix all of the above ingredients well. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Insert toothpick to check to see if it is cooked all the way through. When cool, cut into squares. Note: If yellow corn meal flour is not available, get the white one and add yellow food coloring or turmeric powder.
