carrot-2 potato-2-3 green peas-1 cup cauliflower-1/2 pound cabbage-1/2 pound beans-4-6 green chillis-as per ur taste cilantro-1 bunch mustard seed-1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds-1/2 tea spoon beet root-1 salt oil for frying sooji all purpose flour 2 spoon corn flour 1 spoon oil for seasoning.
1.boil potaotes 2.cut all above mentioned vegetable in small pieces(if possible grate it) 3.grind chilli,garlic,ginger together. 4.add the 1 tbspoon oil in the wok . add the mustard n cumin seed then grinded chilli,garlic,ginger.fry it till 5 min . 5. add all above grated vegetable in that,mix it properly.then add salt according to taste. 6.make sure that all vegetable get boiled n the water from vegetable get reduced.(dry the water get from vegetable in wok) 7.turn off the flame .add take the vegetable sabji out from wok. 7.add the boiled n smashed potatoes,cilantro in that sabji. 8.prepare batter from the all purpose flour n corn flour with water(but batter should not be thick) 9.prepare small ball from above sabji and press it on palm.then dip the ball in all purpose n corn batter . 10.put that ball in sooji(rava)(insted of that u can also use bread crumbs),make sure that sooji spread onto ball properly. 11.fry it till golden pink.
