Tamotos (Small size) - 1/2 pound Onion - 1 no Green Chilli - 4 nos Ginger & Garlic paste - 2 tb sp Poppy seeds - 2 tbl sp Coriander seeds - 2 tbl sp Cumin seeds - 1 tbl sp Dalchini - 2 small peices Lavang - 2 nos Til - 2 tbl sp Dry Coconut powder - 2 tbl sp Coriander Salt to taste Oil
1. Heat the kadai and add 2 table spoon oil, cut the onion into small peices and add them to the oil. 2. Let the onion turn brown add ginger & garlic paste and fry for 5 min. 3. Slit the small tamotoes into four each and add them to the kadai and let it cook for 5 to 10 min. 4. Grind all the other ingreadiants (add some water to it)and make a fine paste. 5. Add the paste to the Tamotoes and let it cook for 15 minutes 6. Add coriander and serve with any Biryani.
