3 Cup maida (plain flour) 2 Cup Wheat flour 2 cup Sugar 2 tsp Saunf 2 cup ghee Ghee for fry
--Mix the ingredients mentioned above into little water. --Knead into a soft dough.Divide dough into equal parts and roll out into thick chappatis. --Make small diamond shapes with a knife. --Lift with spatula and keep aside on a dry cloth for 1 hour. --Deep fry in hot ghee over medium heat till it turns light golden brown. --Drain well and keep aside till cool. --Keep in clean, dry containers.
