2 cup flour, 
2 tea spoon baking soda, 
1/2 tea spoon salt, 
1/2 cup sugar, 
20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice, 
1 tea spoon vanila essence

First, Mix dry ingredients, them mix pineapple with juice,  mix
well, add vanila, mix smooth, 

Then pour the cake mixture into a  greased baking dish  and put
it in a pre heated oven at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
