For short Pastry:
100 gram refined flour
50 gram butter
25 gr sugar
1 egg white.
Sheet short cut pastry and put it in a tart base. Mix the cream cheese and sugar, creme it well. Add egg, refined flour, butter, Valina Essence and Mix well.
All the crushed Gulab Jamun. Put mixture in a tart base and bake it in 180C for 20 minutes.
