Two (2) years' experience working with State Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) process.
Two (2) years' experience working with the Federal Advanced Planning Document (APD) process.
Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months in Program/Project Manager role.
Two (2) years' experience working with public healthcare exchange or marketplace systems.
