Online Staffing & Development Assistant
We are hiring for the position of Online Staffing & Development Assistant. This is a flexible role available on either a full-time or part-time basis, with the option to work remotely or in-office. Weekend shifts are also available.
Compensation is based on experience and schedule:

Weekday pay ranges from $20.52 to $25.52 per hour

Weekend pay ranges from $26.22 to $42.54 per hour
Key responsibilities include managing job postings, tracking applicants, and supporting remote recruitment. You will also assist with onboarding and virtual orientation for new hires, coordinate online training sessions, update the Learning Management System (LMS), monitor employee performance and development, organize digital HR files, manage schedules, and provide tech support for HR tools and systems.
