Dear Devotees of Mata 'D',
Sharad Navratri begins on the first day of the Shukla Paksha of Ashwin month, and on this day, Kalash establishment is done at an auspicious time, followed by the worship of Mother Durga's various forms for 9 days. The first 3 nights will be dedicated to the Mother in the form of Mata Durga; the second 3 nights will be dedicated to the Mother in the form of Mata Latchmi; and the third 3 nights will be dedicated to the Mother in the form of Mata Saraswati.

The following nine names are also very popular in the celebration of Navratri. The Divine Mother is also observed each night by nine different names commencing October 3th to October 11th at 6pm to 8:30 pm and on Sunday, 9am to 1pm as:
Shailaputri Ma, Brahmacharini Ma, Chandraghanta Ma, Kushmanda Ma, Skandamata Ma, Katyayani Ma, Kalaratri Ma, Mahagouri Ma, Sidhidatri Ma.

I invite you all to participate in puja and also please choose any form of the Mother and take 3 to 5 minutes to share your knowledge with us about the mother or sing a bhajan, chant shlokas related to the divine Mother. Please reach out to me about your plan to help with the celebration of Navratri at Milan Mandir.

The worship of Adi Shakti Jagdamba Maa holds great significance. According to Hindu philosophy, the creation of the universe was possible only with the blessings of Jagdamba, and with her grace, every happiness can be achieved. Devotees worship her in various forms, and for this, they celebrate Navratri with great enthusiasm for 9 days.

The attached Navratri flyer is for you to share. On Saturday, October 12th, Dussehra will be celebrated at 5 pm outdoors and at 6pm Navratri Garba and Dandiya Raas begins, please see attached flyer with more details.
