Furnished private bedroom for female
I'm a female working professional and would like to rent out one of the bedrooms in my house. This is a residential neighborhood @Maple Grove/ Plymouth location and walkable distance from Indian store. It's a 3 story house and I have two private room for renting. One room is taken and the second one is available. Total occupants in the house : Two ladies
Regarding the Room, its furnished with computer/study table and chair, side table and cupboards - Rent $500 + Utilities
Basic utensils for cooking can be provided. All amenities such as unlimited internet, washer/dryer etc included. You're welcome to use the private gym in the basement and other amenities.
No leasing agreement is required but one month rent (security deposit) is required to hold. No smoking, No pets environment. The room available only for female (working professionals/students).
Room is available from Feb 1st 2025.
