I'm a female working professional and would like to rent out one of the bedrooms in my house. This is a posh residential neighborhood @Maple Grove/ Plymouth location and walkable distance from Indian store. It's a 3 story house and me and another girl staying in separate rooms.
Room is furnished with Bedding/Mattress, Office desk & chair, TV - Rent $550 + Utilities
Kitchen alone is shared and everything else is private. Garage parking is available. Basic utensils for cooking can be provided. All amenities such as unlimited internet, washer/dryer etc included. You're welcome to use the private gym in the basement.
No leasing agreement is required but one month rent (security deposit) is required to hold. No smoking, No pets environment. This room is available only for female (working professionals/students).
Rooms are available from September 1st 2025.
