Tru-Infrared Grill including Propane tank and grilling set - $250

I have a Charboil Tru-infrared grill with three middle burners and also a side stove burner for sale.

It is Tru-Infrared, meaning its plates warm very evenly, and cook way more uniformly that traditional grill.

It has chrome cover and chrome door.

It has temperature gauges on all burners.

It heats up to 600 degrees in under 5 minutes.

Grates are in good condition.

The lighter is battery operated so no need any matches or anything to start it up.

I bought it from Lowes last year for 399.

I will also include the propane gas tank which is almost full. 

I am also including a grilling kitchen set. The propane and grilling set will run you almost $100 if you buy it separate. So essentially you are getting a full chrome Tru-infrared grill very very cheap.

A very well maintained electric fireplace with 1350 Watt Heater, 4600 BTU per hour.

This fireplace has remote adjustable temperature.

It also features an auto-turn off timer.

The LED flames are also customizable with 6 settings.

It also features a no-heat turn on LED setting that is great to turn on to add to the décor of any room.

It also has two ways to install, one in the front of the wall (traditional fireplace style), and another on the corner of the room in an angle. Picture of the box shows it.

It can warm the room up to 400 ft. can be perfect for cold Minnesota weather.

I have the original box.

I bought it from Menards a little over a year ago and spent 400 on it.

I am selling it because we are installing a custom one built in the wall itself.

Recumbent Exercise Bike with Heart rate sensor - $99

I have an almost new Recumbent exercise bike, great for indoor exercise. Perfect for people with knee and back pain.

It has 6 tension control settings. I am pretty athletic and 6 is pretty strong for me too.

The seat is also adjustable for different heights.

It has a hear rate sensor, memory controls and remembers your last exercise.

I bought it for my mom with knee pain 6 months ago for 210. She moved to a different state so I'm selling it.

I have a sleeper sofa that I bought from IKEA this spring. It is not a futon quality from Walmart. It is well cushioned and wont sag like poor quality sleepers.
It is practically brand new. I kept it in spare room just to fill up the room, it is probably sat on like 10 times.
It has an adjustable back, and can easily turn into a bed or a sofa. 
It is not even wrinkled.

Ottoman with Storage and Tray - $60 SOLD

This Ottoman has set of three pieces.
 It is made out of faux leather type material which is extremely easy to clean.
One middle piece and two side pieces.
The middle piece cover can be opened and inverted to make it a serving tray. No scratches at all.
This is great on as a bed end and has a lot of space for all blankets, decorative pillows and sheets.
I bought it from Hom Furniture this spring for 120. We just bought a smaller bed and this is little large to use as bed end.

I have an electric 100 inch Projector screen for sale, it is (16:9) ratio.
It is still in the box and not even opened.
I bought it from Amazon and never opened it, because my wall was too small for it.
It is fully electric and goes up and down with a press of a button.
It has a remote to control up and down and you can make your screen however big you want with controlled drops.
I bought it for 185 from Amazon.
