Looking for someone to sublease my 9th floor apartment at Edina Towers starting July1st. Current lease extends till Sept 30th and can be extended further if needed.Will pay half rent for July as an incentive.
The apartment is beautiful. The living room has large French windows with beautiful views and lots of sunlight. The building is right next to a bus stop, 2 mins from Southdale, Target, centennial lakes park and other great amenities. The management is great and I have not had a single issue with them in 3 years.
